The Shaved Duck was home of the Big Four Market - Fine meats and Groceries back in Feb 1968 and it is fitting that today the duck is home to great St Louis BBQ and is packed full with the finest ribs, brisket, pork and chicken.

Not only does the Shaved Duck offer up some of the finest bbq in Saint Louis we take pride in offering one of the most creative craft beer selections in the city. Our rotating selection and always local taps makes the duck a popular gathering place for a unique beer.

The Shaved Duck is locally owned by Alastair Nisbet and is the sister restaurant to The Scottish Arms which has been serving up the best Celtic fare in the city since 2005.
