The Shaved Duck is designed to serve the Tower Grove East Neighborhood and the Greater Saint Louis Area a sample of classically prepared contemporary American cuisine. We make it a goal of ours to achieve a high level of sustainability and responsibility for our footprint in everything we do from choosing local purveyors to recycling to keeping our portions appropriate and our prices affordable. We have chosen to highlight wines and spirits from the Old and New World, but to focus our beer list on the vast range of incredible craft brewers available to us in America. We support the world community by adapting the techniques, tools and ideas that have been given us to the materials we have at hand with the hope that we elevate everything involved. Above all else we have fun doing it.
